The procedure is easier. The tutorial will help you learn how to easily setup your Hosting account with Outlook 2003 version.
Make sure you have installed the Outlook 2003, if yes open it.
If you are opening the Outlook 2003 on your PC not for the first time, there is no window started asking you to create email account. You have to perform manual task in which a few simple steps are required follow.
Go to the “Tools” menu to select “E-Mail Accounts”.
The next window of email accounts will open that ask you to change the mail account and directory that Outlook uses. And then the “Next” button.
The next window will ask you to select the server type, Choose “POP3” and then “Next” button.
The new wizard will open asking you to create your email account, but before that it is important setup your correct email server. If you don’t remember the server settings, it is important to sure about it through Hosting service.
Now, you can create your email account. Carefully fill the account information—name, mail address, incoming and outgoing server details, user name and password. Go to “More Setting…” option to setup Outgoing Server and Advanced. The incoming POP3 is 995 and the outgoing server is 465. The account will be connected to Outlook 2003 that you can easily handle it. The Outlook allows you to manage your email account without any hassle. It will make email management easier and faster.
