Outlook is one of the best platform to manage your email account. Your Hosting email account can easily setup with Outlook any version. This tutorial will teach you some easy-to-follow steps to setup your Hosting with Outlook 2010. The tips doesn’t need help technically.
Open the Outlook 2010 to setup your Hosting email account.
If you are starting it for the first time in your computer, you don’t need to manually go to the account setting wizard. The window will itself open.
If you have already open it earlier, the next time there will be no account setting window will open itself. You have to do it manually.
Clicks “File” menu, move the cursor to “Info” and then “Add Account”
The wizard Auto Account Setup will open but it allows manual configuration too, therefore select the “Manual Configuration setting” and then ‘Next’ button
The next window will ask you to choose the email service, choose ‘internet email’ that connect to POP/IMAP server to transfer Hosting email messages to Outlook 2010 and then “Next” button
Are you confirmed about email setting encryption? If you have misplaced the port or encryption, request the Hosting service to send the correct port and encryption to email setting
Like other email setting with Outlook, you need to setup your new account in the next step
In the window Add New Account, carefully fill the name, email address, select account type, incoming email server, outgoing mail server, username, password, tick the remember passoword, select New Account Data File and tick “Test Account Settings by Clicking the Next Button” and go to “More Settings” and then “Next”. Outgoing Server and Advanced, both two are required to verify.
By these simple steps you can setup your hosting email account with Outlook 2010.
