The tutorial is made to let you how much it is easy to setup your Yahoo account with Outlook 2003 version. The process is simple and fast. It doesn’t require technical support from others, just follow the process step by step. Outlook 2003 allows you to handle your Yahoo email work smartly. It provides better support to your mail account. Either for office or personal, both condition allows you to connect your Yahoo account with Outlook 2003.
Start the Outlook 2003 on your personal computer.
If this is your first time to start Outlook 2003 on your PC, the email setting window will automatically popup.
If this is not your first time, you will have to go manually to open the email setting window on Outlook 2003
Visit the “Tools” menu and click “email accounts”
The next wizard will allow you to change your email account, choose “Add a New E-Mail Account” and click “Next” button
The next window is about choosing the server type
Choose “POP3” and then “Next”
The very next window will take you internet email setting but before that you will have to enable POP on your Yahoo mail that takes 5 minutes or less than it.
After that you can able to create your email account
Fill the email detail carefully that need your name, mail address, incoming and outgoing mail server, username and password.
On more setting option, “Outgoing Server” and “Advanced” are required to setup. The incoming server would 995 and outgoing 465.
